Once you accept that fact, you are at the right place to begin making the necessary adjustments.
Seven weeks into this 10-week challenge.
Breathing (#1), water (#2), jumping jacks (#3) and sugar option (#4) challenges are done, but feel free to keep these great habits up. Hopefully, they are now a part of your everyday life–might as well continue!
This week, you still have three challenges:
#5: Take three minutes every day to do something you really enjoy doing: I hope you have loved this one thus far!
#6: Once a week, cook with a healthy ingredient you haven’t use yet.
And here is challenge #7:
100 stairs per day.
You can split this up throughout the day, or reduce the total number if that is really too intimidating, but either way, pick a set number and stick to it. The good thing is, you can find stairs anywhere!
Here are your instructions:

2. Highlight February 21th through march 12th (3 weeks)
3. Each day that you do your 100 stairs, check the appropriate square.
