Bringing Wellness Full Circle

I just couldn’t pick just one, because they all matter, so P is for PLENTY of P’s…

P is for PATIENCE because getting rid of bad habits and establishing new ones takes time. A lot of time. Patience because developing muscles is anything but an overnight proposition. Patience because you’ve got to let your body reshape itself at its own pace, you’ve got to let your mind take the time necessary to think different thoughts…  And while we are right there, the P could be PERSEVERANCE, PERSISTENCE and POSITIVE ATTITUDE…

P is for PORTIONS because no matter how hard you work with your body and your mind, it still matters how much food you put in your mouth. And even if you only eat good stuff, you still can’t eat two cups of almonds a day and expect your body to not notice… it’s not stupid, you know.

P is for PRESSING ON because no matter how great you did yesterday or last week, today is a new day and today you have to do it again. Yes, and tomorrow too…

P is for PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY, because at the end of the day, you are the one making choices and reaping the benefits or not-very-nice-results of them. One step at a time, one bite at a time, one thought at a time, you are building your life. And therefore,

P is for POWER because you really are much more powerful than you give yourself credit for.

P is for POTENTIAL because you are full of it! Just sayin’…
