By now, you probably know that I like my sweets and I really don’t believe we need to deprive ourselves of hem. But I really really don’t like white sugar nor white flour, so I keep experimenting with new recipes that satisfy in a healthy way. Here is the latest for when you want something smooth, rich and chocolaty. And please don’t dismiss it if you think you don’t like avocados–in this particular recipe, you can barely taste them, but the creaminess is out of this world, and avocado fat does wonders for you!
2 ripe avocados (I let mine on the counter for a few days until it is soft and black)
16 dates, cup up
Stevia to taste
Splash of vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Peel avocados and place in food processor. Add all other ingredients and process until smooth. That’s it! Talk about easy…
