Today starts the very last challenge; I hope you have enjoyed them and are healthier and more relaxed for having taken them.
Breathing (#1), water (#2), jumping jacks (#3), sugar option (#4), three minute vacation (#5) , cook with a healthy ingredient you haven’t use yet.(#6) and 100 Stairs a day (#7) are all done, but feel free to keep these great habits up. Hopefully, they are now a part of your everyday life–might as well continue!
This week, you still have three challenges:
#8: Mindful eating
#9: Go for a walk
and here is your newest one:
Now you are probably going to say: “I don’t write!” or “No time!” or “That’s stupid.” And that’s ok if that is how you feel. I realize that I am a writer; writing comes easily to me and I love it! But whether you think of yourself as a writer or not, there is great value in writing stuff down. What stuff? Anything you feel like! Your moods, your successes, your list for the day, your failure, something funny that happened… anything you want. To help you out, here is a little gem of a website: www.280daily.com. The nice people there send you an email daily to remind you to write, and you can write right there, keep it online and put a password on your journal!
Now why would I ask you to write? Well, instead of answering the question myself, I will let you answer if after you do this a few days. You’ll find out all by yourself!
Here are your instructions:
1. Click on calendar link and print
2. Highlight March 13th through March 30th (3 weeks)
3. Each day that you write, check the appropriate square.
And if you are not subscribed to receive my blog update automatically in your email, please do it so you by entering your email at the top right of this page so you won’t miss any of them!
