Are you enjoying our challenges? Today starts the ninth one; time sure flies when you are having fun, doesn’t it? Let us all know how you are doing with these; drop a note in the comment box.
Breathing (#1), water (#2), jumping jacks (#3), sugar option (#4), three minute vacation (#5) and cook with a healthy ingredient you haven’t use yet.(#6) are all done, but feel free to keep these great habits up. Hopefully, they are now a part of your everyday life–might as well continue!
This week, you still have three challenges:
#7: 100 Stairs a day
#8: Mindful eating
and here is your newest one:
#9: Go for a Walk
A simple walk. Every day this week. Hopefully the weather will cooperate… It doesn’t have to be long, that part is up to you. But take the time to move outside. Not only will you benefit from the movemnt, your body will be so happy about the vitamin D you are giving it. And I bet it will lift your mood. Let me know!
Here are your instructions:

Comments on: "Week 9 Challenge" (3)
I have been walking or other forms of exercise. It definitely helps my mood when I work out regularly. I have been doing the “no added sugar” for 2 or 3 days a week since the challenge. It’s shocking to see all the added sugar and salt in products. I have been eating the Lara bars when I want something sweet on those days. They are quite tasteful. I have a really good healthy recipe. It’s called Curried Sweet Potato Latkes. I wasn’t sure if I could attach the file so I will send it to you.
this is so good, Sue!
