Five weeks into this 10-week challenge. Maybe you think these challenges do not have anything to do one with another. Maybe you wonder if it is worth it. I’m telling you, it is. Keep going, and you will begin to notice changes, in your mind first of all. Why there? Because that is where all the thinking and planning takes place. And if you are changing your mind, you are changing your life, because we never ever live above our thoughts!
Breathing (#1) and water (#2) challenges are done, but feel free to keep these great habits up. Hopefully, they are now a part of your everyday life–might as well continue!
This week, you still have three challenges:
#3 40 Jumping jacks/High knees
#4: One of the sugar options (one day a week with no sugar/ every other day with no sugar/ one less sugary soda daily)
and here is your newest one–you might actually really like this one!
Take 3 minutes every day to do something you really enjoy doing…
This could be daydreaming, or closing your eyes, or flipping through a magazine, or playing solitaire, etc. There are probably as many options as there are people. It might be tough at first to carve three minutes daily, but do your best. “Me” time is one of the best de-stressors!
Here are your instructions:
1. Click on calendar link and print
2. Highlight February 7th through February 27th (21 days)
3. Each day that you accomplish the challenge, check the appropriate square.
