WEEK 1 CHALLENGE

Here is your very first challenge, fellow Barb’s Fit U Community Members:

TAKE 10 DEEP BREATHS, either morning or night.  Record how it feels…

I know, I know, it sounds so ridiculously simple.  Just do it, ok?  You will build discipline, and you will be amazed at what you are going to find out.  Here are your instructions:

1. Click on the link

2. Print Calendar

3. Highlight January 10th through 30th (21 days)

4. Each day that you accomplish the challenge, record how it feels in the appropriate square.
