What is Wellness anyway?

This e-course starts again on May 25th; that’s when you’ll receive your first lesson.
For now, whether in fitness or any other area of life, you cannot get anywhere without a goal… So here is a little goal setting e-course free for you to help you out on your journey:
Goal Setting — What is it and How do I do it?
A 5 part course, including an introduction, 3 lessons and a conclusion. These will be emailed to you on 5 consecutive Thursdays.
Because we learn by repetition and action, each chapter will have three sections:
~the lesson itself
~questions for you to answer
~a task for you to accomplish
